Pre-booked massage package (R480 per rider)
Riders can pre-book a massage package of three 30-minute treatments at the end of stages 1 to 3. You will find the massage service at the Duesouth Recovery Zone. You will have the option to allocate your pre-booked treatments to a particular time slot at the race registration in Stilbaai. Preference will be given to pre-booked treatments. Riders not pre-booked can still make bookings during the race on a first-come-first-serve basis at R180 per 30-minute treatments. Massage treatments can be upgraded to 45-minute treatments at an additional cost of R70 per upgrade.

Transfer shuttle service (R600 per rider)
A limited transfer shuttle service is available from Beloftebos to Stilbaai on 27 February 2013. The transfer shuttle service includes bikes and official race tog bags. The idea is for riders to drive by themselves to Beloftebos, park their vehicle at the Beloftebos homestead and catch the transfer shuttle to Stilbaai. The shuttle departs Beloftebos at 12h00 on 27 February 2013. Riders are advised to be there at least 30 minutes before departure. Transfers can be booked when entering the race on line.
Riders that have booked the transfer shuttle will be able to collect their race tog bags from the shuttle before departing Beloftebos. This will allow them to repack their stuff in their race tog bags before leaving Beloftebos.

Supporter Passports (R1750 per person)
Supporter Passport is a participation passport to the Cape Outback for non-riders that wish to join in the vibe and excitement of the race. Included in the Supporter Passport is access to all the showers at the race villages, a free campsite in all the race villages and three delicious meals a day that will be enjoyed with the riders.
The Supporter Passport does not include camping gear, transport between villages or transport to/from the start/finish. Supporters that choose not to make use of the camping facility can check into any one of the guest houses/B&B’s in the area. These bookings must be done by yourselves and it is for your own account. Nearby guest houses/B&B’s are listed on the Cape Outback website.
The Supporter Passport does not give supporters special access to the route. Public spectator points must be used. More than half the Cape Outback route traverses private property and is only accessible to riders during the race by special permission of the land owners. The organisers of the race retain the right to revoke a Supporter Passport if supporters trespass on private property.
You will travel along many dirt roads, but 4x4 is not a requirement. Accessible towns en-route with fuel and shops are Stilbaai, Heidelberg, Bredasdorp and Stanford. Cell phone reception is not available everywhere along the route.
